Made of silk and printed with portraits of the leaders of the victorious nations of the Great War of 1914–1918: French President Poincaré, British King George V, Belgian King Albert I, US President Wilson and Italian King Victor Emmanuel III.
Also featured are military figures: French Marshal Joffre and British General French.
Surrounded by the flags of the Allied nations and featuring a canon (possibly a Schneider canon, a 155 L 18 or C17S) and a biplane (probably a Voisin III).
