Two wooden wheels allow to scroll a short story protected by a glass: here it is about a visit of Paris from the Seine with some fancy points of view.
One discovers with the wire of water the Hotel de Ville with the Tour Saint Jacques in the distance, the church Notre Dame du Val de Grace since the street Saint Jacques, the place of Chatelet with the Fontaine des Victoires, the church Saint Sulpice and a part of the Palais Bourbon (Assemblée Nationale).
On the reverse, a label :
