Skin fan leaf, painted with a reproduction of Raphael's fresco (1518, Villa Farnesina, Loggia of Cupid and Psyche): Venus ordering Cupid to inflict the worst kind of love on Psyche.
The beautiful goddess, jealous of Psyche's beauty, orders Cupid to make her fall in love with the most despicable mortal and points out which heart he must strike with his arrow.
