Charles Labarre is a French painter, died in 1906, known for delicate paintings on porcelain, having worked among others for the manufacture of Sevres
White mother-of-pearl sticks and guards, engraved and applied with gold and colored leafs with strawberry trees, the guards with a metal decoration of strawberries
Condition : tears in the silk, perfume stains on the reverse, missing small part of ornamentation on the master guard, restoration at the bottom of one guard and two sticks
